The Mazda Hakaze. It has a lot of creases on the body.
In the front, the creases reminded me of whales.
Cool, pleasant colors. Note the strangely shaped foot pedals, square steering wheel, and the orange (yet again!) controls on the center console.
The Miata still draws a crowd. People love the Miata.
The Mazdaspeed3 adds a compelling entry to the hot hatch segment.

Rather swoopy nose.
High rear haunches hide an air intake.
Another clean interior. Carmakers are learning.
Another protruding rear end. Note the wheels, which have pairs of twisted spokes.

and its replacement. It's become a cleaner car, shedding its boy-racer image.
It's gone curvy.
Meanwhile, Subaru's following suit by cleaning up its Impreza body WRX.
The wagon's gotten a little bigger, but the rear's become more curved, but not in a good way.
Meanwhile, Volkswagen gone and cleaned up theyr styling. Simpler, and more appealing.
